PARSIFAL Panel at FC10

PARSIFAL will be present in the Financial Cryptography and Data Security event in Tenerife (Spain), taking place on 25-28 January 2010. PARSIFAL will organize a panel on the importance of Confidential Network Security Information Exchange for Critical Financial Infrastructure Protection

FC10 is a major international forum for research, advanced development, education, exploration, and debate regarding information assurance, with a specific focus on commercial contexts. The conference covers all aspects of securing transactions and systems. Original works focusing on both fundamental and applied real-world deployments on all aspects surrounding commerce security are solicited. Submission need not be exclusively concerned with cryptography. Systems security and inter-disciplinary efforts are particularly encouraged.

The goal of the conference is to bring security and cryptography researchers and practitioners together with economists, bankers, implementers and policy-makers. Intimate and colourful by tradition, the FC program features invited talks, academic presentations, technical demonstrations and panel discussions.

European Central Bank in PARSIFAL

The first PARSIFAL's workshop was succesfully organized 16-17th March in the Bloomberg premises in Frankfurt. A diverse group of stakeholders from both the Financial sector and the ICT R&D communinity gathered to discuss the possible scenarios and challenges in the protection of Critical Financial Infrastructures.

Article in European CIIP Newsletter

An article presenting PARSIFAL was published in the November/December 2008 issue of the European Critical Infrastructure Protection Newsletter. The ECN aims at supporting and evolving the European CIIP process across the 25 nations and its decision makers.
